With over 35 years’ experience in the hotel industry, Mike discovered a process in which fats, oils, and grease (FOG) and other organic matter are reduced, controlled, and eliminated in a facility.
Angela has been working in the customer service field for over 20 years, starting at the original Toledo Mud Hen's stadium selling pizza. From there, her career continued in different fields, yet always remained working with customers.
As a restaurant owner, Chris had to make sure his customers were happy. With over 40 years in the industry, Chris sees tremendous value in prevention rather than reaction.
